  Hey,

Please find attached a Call for Papers and Application form at

ications_CitizenshipSeminar.doc for a Research Seminar on the theme of
Young People and Active European Citizenship. The seminar shall take place
at the European Youth Centre in Budapest on November 23-25, 2006.

The call and an online debate on the seminar themes can be found at
http://youth-debate.net/node/109. Applications from researchers interested
in giving a paper must be sent to youth-partnership (at) coe.int
youth-partnership (at) coe.int by 15th September 2006.

It is a great possibility to meet interested new partners abroad and share
ideas and concepts we have with many other world organizations.
