Dear Staff Members,
Hello! I currently do not know most of you, and most of you do not know me, but I am the new Youth Development Director. I am e-mailing to inform you of a few changes in YFCI Government.
Board of Directors (B.O.D)
There will now be a Board of Directors, chaired by Zach Komes. The board is composed of all the staff members and 10 Ambassadors chosen by their peers in the Ambassadors Council (Ill explain in a sec LOL). The board will meet online once a month and will make all final decisions for the org.
Ambassadors Council
Comprised of all the current ambassadors of Youth for Change International and will meet bi-weekly, unless there is a staff-only or B.O.D meeting. to express and hear concerns of our members and relay them to the Board of Directors.
Ambassadors will also meet to discuss the current situations in our parts of the world we represent. We will also talk about life in our country and meet each other.
The Ambassadors Council Chairman shall be Justin Wilkerson
Other Chat Information
Our chats will be co-partnered with YFCI Main Partner, A Better Community for All. ABC4ALL also holds bi-weekly chats. Therefore, our chats will flip-flop, so no one needs to choose which organization conference he/she will be attending. This is why we will only meet every other week because ABC
