	hello everyone These are my response to the discussion questions as posted to participants. Resonding to the first question,i do agree to the fact that this is based on personal opinion. I have never been really involved in policy making and i never until now anticipated an avenue or oppurtunity to participate. The reasons are not farfetched. Some existing factors such as : Unawareness of information revolution and its importance,Limited availability of facilities Economic factors amongst others. These are some factors that deprives many youths from participation in a platfrom of this nature. This is basically in developing contries such as mine. I'm very certain that a lot of young women in my country would actively want to participate in this forum but for these factors its very diffcult. As a result i want to play a representative role in this process. I would like to voice for so many out there willing to get invovled but have no acess or means. I am a Nigerian and my country is moving close to having an e-strategy. This is the first encouragement i've had in getting invovled in policy and decision making. I'm invovled in this because it is one oppurtunity i've longed for. Notwithstanding the capacity upon which i could serve, it is my most noble wish to meet and brainstorm with people of broad mind with an overview of enhancing and improving the level of information and actually globalising the world and realizing the new world order on information highway. --------------------------------- Do you Yahoo!?
