	Dear Participants, Congratulations and thanks on behalf of the YCDO team on making these discussions so insightful and successful! Without your candid inputs and accounts of personal experiences, the level of camaraderie that has developed among the group would not have been possible. I know that many of you have contacted each other and myself outside of the public forum, and I hope that many of you have benefited from networking through this list. A summary of Week 4 discussions will be circulated tomorrow, which will mark the end of the official forum. I will also send out a survey which will help us evaluate the process. Please take the time to respond to the survey over the next few days, so that our future discussions can be even more effective, engaging and relevant. The final report will be available by next week for your comment from the documents area of the forum's website. I will send a link out as soon as the document is available. The final report will be also be evaluated in an offline process during a roundtable discussion for young women at the World Summit on the Information Society.
