Subject: Impressions of my country PART III
CONTINUED FROM PART II
I help as much as I can to put people aware of their capabilities because we were all born as human beings and we will all die one day. So we have to do our best always. And the net facilities are our allied at least to people that have access to it. In my practice I learnt that the web facilities can mobilize people to do things better, to think about things too. We have many efforts to introduce these facilities to people and that are some public schools with computer rooms and many private firms have been donated outdated computers to institutions. Unfortunately, the major part of these rooms are located in urban areas, but it has shown that we can do things with our efforts if we have access to key people. We have to think also that those people has to have opportunity to learn and to use what they learn, it has to be one of our focus, how to introduce people into the dignity, to the society?
I really want to help to answer this question and soon or later I know I will work representing an international institution in my country - it is the best way to be heard - , and I will use I my experience, knowledge and desire to change things that are near to me, piece by piece I will do my work, and the ICT4D together with my contact with people from all over the world who I met in some courses have showed me how I can use the net to introduce things and changes step by step, without hurry. I am just part of this discussion of people who have the same virtue: to always think about the other and never forget it, no matter where we are. We can always help one life near us, human or not, we can always help a being.

A big THANK YOU to Cintia for her detailed reflection. Do you recognize some of the patterns outlined by Cintia in your country?
