Congratulations for All of you I am sure that your team will achieve in the
best way this Challenge.
I would like to inform you that I am interesting to be the Representative of
Francophonie.

I am the ITU Fellow AFRICA 2004 CAIRO, The President of Youth and ICTs_Mali,
The Youth Deputy Chairman of NEPAD's E-africa Commission. Youth and
ICTs_MAli has been selected the third Youth association best practices in
ICT area for 2007 by the Unité Jeunesse de la Francophonie.
