Dear All,
Please join us for a discussion about the next steps of the YDP North America
Chapter scheduled for, September 27th, 2007 9:30AM-11:30AM. During this meeting
we will discuss the objectives of the network, mission, vision, and establishing
a steering committee. We will also discuss preliminary ideas for the next
conference.
For DC Area Participants:
If you are in the D.C area and would like to attend the meeting in person,
please email me your name and organization/university affiliation.
Outside the DC Area: Participation via VC
If you do not live in the D.C. area but would like to participate via VC, please
send me the following information
-Organization VC location (if it is a university campus, please specify which
campus)
-IP Address
-Technician's Name and Telephone Number
Outside the DC Area: Participation via teleconference
If you do not have immediate access to VC, you can participate by
teleconference, but please note, if you are calling outside of the DC area and
from a landline, you will bear the long distance charges. The number to call
will disclosed at a later date. Please also note, we can only accept a limited
number of phone calls, first come, first served.
Kalin McCluskey, who represents the Canadian Catholic Students'Association, has
posted the YDPNA Draft on the YDP NA Project Page, which we will discuss during
the meeting. If you have not already done so, please join the project for up to
date information about the network (including the minutes of the upcoming
meeting) http://projects.takingitglobal.org/ydpna. Please take some time to
read draft.
If you would like to participate, please send me the necessary information by
Friday, September 21st.
