UCP-SARnet is a global network coordinated by international leadership Team and hosted by the International Governance Leadership and Communities Online (IGLOO) created by the Centre for International Governance Innovations (CIGI) in Canada. rnrnLeadership Team is supported by international Advisory Board:rnrnRobert Cialdini, Arizona State University (USA) rnSerdar M. Research Center/Multimedia Lab (Italy) rnHoracio Salgado F., Comunitaria (Chile) rnToshi Sasao, International Christian University (Japan) rnIrma Serrano-Garcia, University of Puerto Rico (Puerto Rico) rnFern Tiger, Fern Tiger Associates (USA) rnChristopher Zambakari, Student Representative (USA) rnrnThe network invites membership of individuals as well as community organizations.rnWe invite membership in the following categories: rnrn COMMUNITY LEADERS who would like to share their experience, and seek the involvement of university faculty and students in their communities. rnCOMMUNITY PROFESSIONALS who could share interesting examples of collaboration with a university and examples of community projects organized in a specific cultural context. rnSTAFF OF COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS who would like their organization to be listed as a UCP-SARnet member and are willing to serve as a contact person between their community and our network. rnCOMMUNITY VOLUNTEERS who would like to share their experiences with working for community organizations rnMembers of university FACULTY who together with their students have been involved in community programs in the form of research projects, especially participatory social action research. rnINSTRUCTORS who teach community related courses and would be willing to utilize UCP-SARnet in curriculum for their classes. rnSTUDENTS interested in global issues, governance, cultural differences and community leadership. Students who are taking courses based on UCP-SARnet obtain a temporary membership that will be automatically terminated at the end of the semester unless they request a regular membership. rnUNIVERSITY STAFF in charge of University-Community Partnership programs. rnSTAFF OF FOR PROFIT CORPORATIONS whose mission is congruent with our mission and who within the frame of corporate responsibility would be interested in sponsoring UCP-SARnet and its projects. rnrnRequest for membership can be sent directly from UCP-SARnet site.
