True Love Waits is a worldwide campaign started in the early 90s in USA championed by Lifewat Christian Resources and Baptist Churches. The campaign challenges the unmarried teenagers and young adults to remain sexually abstinent and pure till marriage and promotes fidelity in marriage.
Over a million young people have signed commitment cards stating:
‘believing that True Love Waits, I make a commitment to God, myself, my friends, my future mate, and my future children to be sexually pure until the day I give myself only to my marriage partner in a covenant marriage relationship.’
