	Dear TakingITMobile Working Group Members, As a member of the TakingITGlobal online community I have been blown away by reports from other youth leaders around the world on how mobile communications are changing society. In the last two years alone mobile penetration rates have grown from 50% to two thirds of the population. In order to increase access to TakingITGlobal it's imperative that we develop new mobile services to help bridge the digital divide. Through this study I hope to learn more about regional trends in mobile phone use so that we can create more accessible services that are mobile friendly. In order to meet our objectives we need your help! Please take the time to fill out the survey and send it along to your friends. In honor of your contribution we will be giving away an iPod Touch and 8 iPod Shuffles, one for each of our nine language groups. The survey is now available in English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian, Romanian, Turkish, Dutch and Russian, so choose the language you feel most confident answering in. I am aiming to complete the write up by March 30th so now is the time to get involved! The results of the report will be turned into TakingITGlobal's new Guide to Mobile Activism which will be available as a free download in the spring.
