Questionnaire drafted by SWG for all Youth Caucus members to fill out Questionnaire was designed to give us feedback and your answers to questions that came out during SWG work. Answers received through questionnaire from members of Youth Caucus (those listed in database and members of this listserve) will be compiled into a final concept paper and this paper will provide foundation for structuring, elections and all other processes we have to do in following months. I want to stress that deadline for receiving questionnaires was 15th of September. Despite that fact, only 21 organization has sent the completed questionnaire to Thomas Igeme on tigeme (at) yahoo.com Since there are 100 youth organizations that are members of Youth Caucus (according to the datbase), in the name of Structuring Working Group I urge the remaining 80 organizations to fill out and return the questionnaire until Monday 20th of September Without your comments on structure of Youth Caucus and your ownership of the process I'm not sure that the whole structuring process can work out on the long term. Also I would like to remind you that by filling out the database of Youth Caucus you have committed to become an active member of the Youth Caucus. So now is a real need for you to be active and complete this questionnaire (that will take 20 minutes of your time) because being decisions are being made. In case this number of responses for members remains so low on Monday, SWG will still continue with the structuring process because we are in real danger of not finishing the process on time to prepare well for the CSD13. Once again I hope you will give your opinion on the structure by returning this questionnaire as soon as possible.
