His Excellency

With due revence it is to state that the following facts for your kind perusal
and considertion in order to unable us to solve our prolog disconnection from
native country being facing great discomfort and distress outside the Contry,

1. That my motherbelongs to Kazakhstan area Turkistan caste urliman and
came to north Afghanistanabout 70 years earlier.

2. That my father also belongs to the same region and migrated from
Kazakhstan Turkistan noryh Afghanistan during Afghan - Russai war.

3. That after 30 year later, my parents migrated from Afghanistan to
Pakistan as Afghan Refugees due to the Afghan - Russia war,

4. That we are still residing in Pakistan as refugees during the said period
my maternal uncle and father has been died and buried in Pakistan.

5. That my brother namely Ghulam Habib went to Pakistan for Nationality
purpose but due to non-availability of record cannot get nationality
Afghanistan.

6. That the government of Pakistan has issued us Afghan Citizen Card for
three years to this date 1/10/2009.

7. That we request to Kazakhstan Government regarding grant us nationality
but each and every time refused to turned down our request.

It is humbly prayed that in the name of justice and peace please arrange
immigrant/temporary settlement/residence in any contery on humanitarian basis
so that we live there peacefully and good atmosphere.
