This group is open to all those interested in issues of health and justice in the workplace. Discussion may include (but is not limited to):

- Physical safety and wellbeing (including HIV/AIDS)
- Mental health (in particular, STRESS)
- Management practices
- Equity
- Diversity
- Recruitment and retention

Of course, discussion of any other issues relevant to the topic of a safe, healthy, and fair work environment is welcome. The goal of the group is to foster discussion and knowledge-sharing so that we may improve the quality of worklife for ourselves and our colleagues. Too much of our time is spent on the job to ignore our working conditions.
