masterpiece is a group of young leaders that believe in change...that a better,peaceful and prosperous world is very possible and realisable by discovering,growing and developing the treasure on our inside. Basically through personnal leadership and development.This will empower us to take a stand in our place in life and impact our communities and generation.The human race was and is masterfully built and designed to change and transform his environment.This group advocates the ever new masterpiece princples of life that will surely get us fufilled in life and nations and above all overcome pressing challenges. Build masterpiece attitudes that makes it impossibles to fail.
VISION/MISSION--- Every human on the face of the earth is uniquely built and composed with unique leadership skill,gifts,potentials and talents. So is every nation on the face of the earth. The masterpiece strongly believes that the discovery and release of this unique leadership qualities, through demonstration of them is what fullfills us in life-- rewards and pays us,and more so helps us to positively influence and impacts the lives of others. Our uniqueness is our strenght,our comparative advantage, our solution in this world of multi-faceted problems,and above all our leadership opportunity.Our mission and vision is to help,especially the youths to identify and discover,release and demonstrate this unique leadership qualities already deposited on the inside of everyone of us.
TARGET-- Our main target is the youths and everyone that is obsessed for a positive change in our world. We believe the youth is a period of tremendous strenght and energy. And when this is positively channelled,productivity is quaranteed and a better world is realizable.
This is achieveable through seminars and workshops,and good policy implimentation.
