Hereby commit ourselves to use every single opportunity at our disposal to translate in our local tongue the goals, indicators and targets of the UN-MDGs, NEPAD, VISION 20:2020 and other local development policies, to encourage civic participation at the grass root level.

We call upon all on this network to join us in this noble task, sound understanding on development policies in the local language of the poorest of the poor will sustain the policy.

We look forward to partners who will support us realize our goal in line with this annual international day event in our local communities.
