The organization is registered with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC/IT/NO 25225.) HELIN is managed by group of professional women living with HIV/AIDS to meet needs of vulnerable groups in the country.

Deliver qualitative and compassionate health education and referral services to women.

To promote general well being of women and young people.
To facilitate and promote behaviour change through innovative and articulate strategies.
To advocate for women’s right and involvement in project planning and implementation.
