Rights call for participants

Dear all:
As you may already noticed, the World AIDS Campaign puts *Universal Access
and Human Rights* as the theme of this year and next year World AIDS Day in
consultation with different constituencies, which highlights the importance
to put the human rights to the center of HIV and AIDS response. In addition,
World AIDS Campaign also tries to mainstream human rights into all of our
programmes.
As part of the constituency programme, the youth programme of the World AIDS
Campaign is also finding the ways to integrate human rights into all of the
activities under the youth programme in 2010 and beyond. With this
background, the youth programme plans to conduct an* e-consultation* with
partners, and try to identify specific linkages between human rights and HIV
among young people, and develop key messages and roadmap for the activities
in youth programme 2010 and beyond.
We would like to invite you to join this e-consultation representing your
organisation, which will start at the second week of November. For you who
are interested in attending the e-consultation, please send me a separate
email at mianl (at) worldaidscamapign.org by* 8 November 2009*.
If you think other organisations should also involve in this e-consultation,
please feel free to share this email with them, and encourage them to join
it.
