	Youth RISE members, Tori Talavera, is our new staff member joining the Youth RISE team! She will be working to develop trainings, workshops, and e-courses for the Youth RISE membership. Please find her bio below: Tori Talavera has been working in the harm reduction community for five years. A large part of that time was spent with at the Crossroads, a street based outreach and support program for homeless and marginally housed youth and young adults in San Francisco, California. She is a vehement supporter of the harm reduction model, and looks forward to exciting, in-depth conversation and exchange of information with Youth R.I.S.E. members. P.S: Please look out for upcoming updates from Youth RISE including the launch of our newly designed website and logo uplift! Also do not forget abstracts for the IHRA conference are due November 2nd. The staff and IWG members are here to help and assist you.
