Hi Holly,
That sounds like a great idea and I believe that you and Andy have had some initial discussions about fund-raising to bring these speakers (or rappers) to Liverpool? If you want to propose this as a session, you'll need to complete this form (attached) and send it to me before October 2nd (with a rough outline of the session and the possible speakers). Each speaker will then have to submit abstracts too before November 1st.
Alternatively, we could look at doing this in the 'dialogue space' or something - I am happy to discuss this with you further.

Dear All,
This is just a quick reminder that the deadline for draft session proposals
for Harm Reduction 2010 is *Friday 2nd October 2009* (next week). I have
attached the guide and form (one document) which explains this process
further.
By Friday, please email me the form with an initial outline of the session
topic and rationale, and some indication of proposed speakers, presentation
topics, and funding. It does not matter at this stage if these details are
not finalised.
The reason for this deadline is to allow the Executive Programme Committee
to get a sense of what is being proposed ahead of the November 1st deadline
for abstracts so that we can work to fill any gaps or resolve any overlaps
or conflicts. Sessions proposed after this deadline will not be considered.
Please do not hesitate to email me if you have any questions.
