Dear Caitlin,
My name is Mark Ross from Guyana, geographically located in South

young people is very broad based and includes addresses issues such as HIV,
Human Rights and of course the co-relation between drugs, substance use and
HIV and more broadly sexual reporductive health and the impact of this on
other youth issues.
i would really appreciate it if i can get a scholarship to attend this
conference i am in the process of preparing an abstract of my work and the
guyana harm reduction situation and what currently exists for young people.
please provide me with more information on how i can access a scholarship
including travel, accomodation and meals im presently a volunteer and i
cannot afford the fees or any expenses at this point
i would greatly appreaciate any form of assistance given to me to attend
this importance event.
kindest regards
Mark Ross
