	Dear All Dear All Hope my email finds you well. We urge all of you to furnish us with your contact details as we are currently preparing to create the 2009 World AIDS Day (WAD) toolkit for GYCA. We want your details so that we can send you the toolkit, updates etc to you to use it on your WAD. The information we are looking for is as follows: - Your Title - First Name - Family Name/ Last Name - Job Title - Organization name - Postal Code - Address 1 - Address 2 (if applicable) - City - State/Province - Country - Contact numbers (Mobile/office number preferable) - Email Address - Preferable language to receive the GYCA WAD tool Kit You may as well forward forward this email to your friends working in the field of youth and/or HIV and AIDS. The proposed due date for this information is the 09 July 2009 so that can compile the information and send it to GYCA. Attached to this email is a contact database we use for the WAD to send materials to GYCA members and other young people who will need some for the campaign We need to send this out to the World AIDS Campaign to disseminate the materials. I need for you to send out the call to the RFPs to send to their regional lists as well as the main list for people to send in their information if they want some. You dont need to send out the excel sheet. You will input their contacts into the sheet and send to me by the 12th July 2009. Pl send out the call first to the other RFPs with the excel sheet as well so they can collect from their regions and send to you. I hope you know why I am asking you to do this since you are coorrdinating WAD activities. Get back to me if you have any questions. NB: I will send to you the Toolkit ASAP.
