New GYCA -National Focal Points for Caribbean Region

Hello all,
It is my pleasure to announce seven (7) new National Focal Points for the
Caribbean Region. They all bring a lot of great experience,advocacy skills,
networking and partnership building and outlook to the position, and we look
forward to working with the all! GYCA Caribbean and GYCA world wide please
welcome to the team.
Mr. Saint Amour Dady , 27 years old, is selected as the NFP for Haiti- his
motivation comes form being involved community members and to foster rural
youths voice at a global level through Leadership, he has a strong
background in community leadership and business management. His profile

Mr. Keithroy Charles, 19 years old is selected as the NFP for Antigua and
Barbuda - his motivation comes form being supportive to people living with
HIV and he is new to the HIV field but has strong skills Counseling,

Ms. Nekeisha Lewis, 20 years old is selected as the NFP for Jamaica - her
motivation comes from advances in current efforts to empower young leaders
and her passion to improve sexual and reproductive health status of young
people, she has strong advocacy capacity. Her profile link

Mr. Samuel Sandy, 19 years old is selected as the NFP for Guyana - his
motivation comes from promoting proper awareness of HIV and to stop
discrimination, his experience in youth empowerment and his passion to
mobilizing people, with a strong background in education studies. His

Mr. Suradj Jogi, 22 years old is selected as the NFP for Suriname, his
motivation comes from strengthening youth participation, has experience in
HIV and young people, his contribution of infrastructure to inform and
educate youths, with strong background in networking, partnerships and

Ms. Liesl Harewood, 27 years old is selected as the NFP for Barbados, her
motivation comes from development and youth issues, team worker personality,
Strong background in International relations, and exposure to Law,
knoeswledge and experience in handling the logistical arrangements and verse
in advocacy and lobbying for change. Her profile is

Mr. Clifton Nedd, 25 years old is selected as the NFP for Grenada, his
motivation comes from building networks among youths and enabling them to
access the resources and services, his involvement in youth development and
the AIDS response, his background in monitoring and evaluation of
programmes. he as strong knowledge of resource mobilisation for funding and
