Envoyé: Aug 12th, 2009 - 08:25:15

  Dear David and all,

Thank you for your precious input and I really appreciated all the
effort you have done so for.

First of all, as RFP for AP region, my performance should be too much improved.
But GYCA is in the middle of transition period.... sometimes I also
lose where GYCA is heading for.
(Maybe I should clarify it though.) After this congress, I will
deliver some issues that we will work on
for the coming months.

Within the GYCA work, this ICAAP was not really prioritized and no
budget for that.
(for the last ICAAP in Colombo, no budget....)

Second, if you have some comments on Youth Statement, which was just
released.
please let me (and Igor) know some points that you are not satisfied.

I have just send Youth Statement FOR YOUR INFORMATION.

mmm.... anyways, let us think together how GYCA AP rocks you guys
especially for the Pacific youth.

> Igor,
I, from the bottom of the heart, thank you so much! and respect your
all hard work.

Kind regards,
Toma
