---------------------------------------------
Hi Everyone,
Unfortunately, I have a dinner for work tonight (putting in overtime,
getting paid in good food), so I won't be able to make the meeting.
However, here are a few things I would like to add to the discussion:
1. Camarada. I have a contact name there whom I will speak to regarding
giving them a donation.
2. Party left overs: these are all stockpiled in my cave right now. I
haven't had a chance to do an official inventory yet. I will do this asap!
3. Movie Night: we might be able to borrow FI's projector.
4. Party on the boat: I have a feeling that this will be expensive. However,
here is a website that will tell us more information: www.cgn.ch also,
check out the attachment to this email, it lists prices.
5. Networks: Belinda and I met with a gentleman from the American
International Club yesterday to discuss them joining forces with us on some
activities. He seemed open to the idea. She will tell you more, I'm sure.
6. International Bridges to Justice: I'm friends with our old contact here,
Andrew Lee. They asked us to post a message in our newsletter for
volunteers. I dont know what the letter is about, but I do know what the
organization is about, if you've got any questions.
7. Regular meetings: Just to let you all know, I will not be here for our
next meeting either, as I will be in Ireland with my parents. Therefore, it
will be unlikely that the meeting can be held at FI. I'm sorry for being
such a flake lately, I've just been very busy!
On this note, I would like to say that I be ending my term as Co-President
at the end of the month. I will continue to be active with GIN, and of
course, it's biggest fan. It's been fun for 6 months, but I think the summer
will bring even busier times for me, and I will be leaving around the 19th
of July. So, I think it's time for me to pass the torch.
That's all...I hope one of you will play messenger for me tonight and share
this with the group. Thanks a billion.
Love, your faithful Lespres.

Ummm, Mark, you know that the newsletter says the meeting starts at 6.30pm,
right? I got the impression that the meeting started at 6.30pm and the
official QGM started at 7pm...maybe other people think that too? Hopefully
they'll just wait. Just thought I'd let you know!
Bindy
