Fight Hunger: Walk the World is a global annual event to raise the awareness and the funds needed to help end child hunger. The money raised goes directly to WFP's school feeding programmes as this initiative links together food and education by offering free meals at school to some of the world's most vulnerable children.

From the fight hunger webiste, you can click to feed a child, and our sponsors will donate 19 cents to WFP's global school feeding program. Your click ensures that one child gets fed for one day.

Make your ideas heard by joining this group and more importantly, show the UN and the world that there are is person out there who cares. This has a tremendous impact on WFP's ability to secure the international funding we need to fight hunger.
