As I read
from the last email about the structure of Asian Youth Climate Network , the
draft informed that the structure established already. Is it right?
Does the
committee already have their people in charge? In excel where mentions about
working groups there is no explanation about committee member yet. But, on the
AYCN structure and rules written that Committee is open to all
organization who want to contribute and share the purpose of the network.
Committee decides rules and important activities. Does it mean that the people
in committee have not chosen yet?
From what
Ive read the member which was active in AYCN
mostly from East Asia. How about youth from West Asia, South East Asia,
South Asia, etc?? how about the way to take or choose the member/committee?? By
election or people who interest in one position propose their wanted position??
Or
? Could someone please explain to me
about this??
Meanwhile,
I want to give some suggestions which maybe
can be useful,,=)

my organization, we have PBWiki
page/website to do our daily activities where whole our plans, activities which
done already, comment from other member shared in this page, etc. Each division and working group has their own
page to report their activities, plans, deadline and related information. (if
you all agree with this idea and when the structure fixed already I can make
the PBWIKI for us. Or maybe we do not need to wait until the structure made?)

about skype?? We can use it to have direct conversation. Skype is easier and cheaper than cell phone
or telephone.
How about
this network statue?? Have this network(AYCN) established? AYCN already has
working group and activities and action plan, but hasnt committee yet, how to
fix this??
I do
interest with this idea (AYCN), but I have lack information about this. I get
the information only from email and facebook
