  Hi karti
nice to see your email again. I am also sorry for not making any progresses in our network. well likely Indonesia will not send a delegate to next UNFCCC.  the problem is really classic. it is all about money. but we hope we could put our eyes always on decisions that are going to be made in such very important meeting.

Hi Everyone!

It's been such a long time! I'm sorry that we didn't mobilize
further and stay in touch better, but I hope everyone had been busy building
networks within their respective countries. I have been very busy staring and
expanding the Indian Youth Climate Network (which didn't exist before the
Bali conference). I'm happy to say that with a humble beginning of 3 people
in March, it now has a reach of over 200,000 across India in 15 different
states! We are rapidly expanding. Check it out: http://iycn.in

we've held two summits debating policy issues in India on climate change
(one specifically for the capital, Delhi, and the other a national level
summit). We're also trying to send a delegation of Indian youth to COP 14.
Which brings me to the next question: how many of you are going? And what are
your plans as far as policy proposals or anything at all? Are we going to be
doing anything together as an Asian block?

There have been whispers of an "Asian Youth Climate Network" but I
think that is happening outside this forum. Perhaps we can pick up where we
left off and see where we are and what we want to do as Asians in the time
leading up to Poznan and beyond.

Looking forward to hearing from each and everyone of you!

Best,

Kartikeya
