  Dear All,

I once again apologize for the inconvenience I have caused you when I didn't show up for the Jan 8 e-consultation. I have just come back from a far-away, no-internet-access (due to the recent Taiwan quake that destabilized net connection of the Philippines) province to attend the week-long funeral of a close relative of mine. I request for your understanding on this regard.

On a related note, the CoE documents I have prepared are now under review of our Executive Director. It should be circulated through this list on or before Friday, Jan 12. This list was created to attend to the issue of easier and "balanced" communications since some of us couldn't join e-consultations held over yahoo messenger.
