  Hi everyone,

Our apologies to those who tried to log onto our Global Youth Climate
Chat this afternoon. We experienced unforeseen technical difficulties
with the host chat server which caused delays in opening the chat and
enabling webcams.

We are currently addressing this issue and are hope to have it fully
functional for the second chat, at 1700GMT this evening.

Once again, apologies for the inconvenience. We look forward to
talking to you soon!
