	Dear friends, I'll go with my presentation. I'm an information technology specialist with some background and interest in social use of ICT. I've started the Global Library Initiative last July, which mission is to initiate international collaboration for the creation and support of a universal library (free access, internet/CD-ROM enabled). So I'm really concerned about libraries, electronic books, ancient documents digitalised and other universal access issues. What I'm expecting from this consultation, is to be able to share my concerns for the information, knowledge and culture democracy, and to reach the Prepcom-3 audience; learn from others experiences; and try to contribute with my personal visions. All this in a constructive approach, and keeping in mind that everyones can make their own contribution to a better world. Best wishes for everyones !
