Africa Women and Youth Organization (AWYO) is a non-profit organization with offices in Berlin and Abuja, which is committed to educating, equipping and empowering African women and young people to effectively create the desired positive change within their communities and serve as active players in the decision making processes of their communities.

Since 2006, AWYO has committed itself to economically empowering young Africans with necessary tools required to give them a level playing ground with their counterparts around the world and also to tap into the emerging opportunities steaming within the African Continent. From 2009 till date AWYO has trained 200 women in Germany and provided business support services to help in starting and improving their businesses. With the mandate of massive human capacity development for the next four years.
