aids2031 is a consortium of partners who have come together to look at what have been learnt about the AIDS response as well as consider the implications of the changing world around AIDS in order to chart options for the long term response.

In the context of aids2031, a consultation is planned to bring together youth representatives to discuss programmatic challenges and long term priorities. Thematic constituencies, including child soldiers, have been identified to gather the thoughts and ideas of young people on what needs to be fulfilled. The contributions of the constituencies to the consultation will serve as input to the next meeting of the aids2031 Programmatic Response Working Group (January-February 2009) that will result into the final report of aids2031, An Agenda for the Future. It would be great if you could contribute to this process by answering to the questions below. Your contributions to the discussions and sharings in this group will then be included in the Child Soldiers Representative contribution to the consultation that will be organized in November with support from the Joint United Nations Programme on HIV (UNAIDS) and the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
