Hola desde México! La Pre-Conferencia para Jóvenes y la Recepción eran
buenísimas. Tuvímos una reunión de l (at) s miembr (at) s de GYCA y personas
interesados hoy, ¡la mayoría en español!
Hoy decidímos usar un booth que era para la FuerzaJoven para GYCA.
Es que ya tenemos bastante lugar en el Pabellón de Jóvenes para todas
las materiales de la FuerzaJoven.
PERO..... no tenemos voluntarios! Es MUY importante que tenemos al
mínimo un hispanohablante en el booth que puede explicar un poco sobre
GYCA (no tiene que saber mucho, hay pamfletas y todo... puedes hablar
sobre tu trabajo en tu propio país en relacionado con GYCA si
quieres.)
Si estas aqui y puedes ayudarnos para unas horas solamente, ¡tendrás
mi gratitud a siempre!!

Subject: URGENT Request for volunteers in Mexico!!
To: GYCA
Hello from Mexico!
The conference begins tomorrow, and the youth pre-conference &
reception went very well. Today we had a GYCA members meeting during
which members had many interesting & practical ideas to improve how we
serve our members! We also presented some of the results from the
membership evaluation survey, which you'll all receive soon. (Thanks
to Mila Gorokhovich and Rachel Irwin!!)
This is an extremely important last minute request for volunteers to
wo/man GYCA's booth at the Global Village. It is located at the back
of the Youth Pavilion. It was changed to be a YouthForce booth, but
because the YouthForce has such a large space in the Youth Pavilion,
we decided to use it for GYCA as originally planned.
Since this decision was made yesterday and today after setting up, we
do not have any volunteers. This would be a great chance for you to
represent the network and make a significant contribution to the
conference (& help us reach many more young people!!)
If anyone is able to volunteer to help us, could you please enter in

You can volunteer for multiple shifts. All you have to do is greet
people who come by and tell them a bit about the network. We have
brochures and whatnot there, and I'll be there for a lot of the
conference. If you cannot show up for some reason, you are responsible
for finding an alternate volunteer.
