PARTICIPATION - MDGs/ GPRS II EXPO 2008


On behalf of Abibimman Foundation and the Green-Life
Clubs of Abibimman Foundation, I humbly invite you to
participate in the MDGs/GPRS II Expo 2008. The Expo is
slated for Friday, February 22 2008 at the Tema
Development Corporation (TDC) Conference Centre in
Community 6, Tema, from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm.


The MDG’s / GPRS II Expo which is under the ‘NKABOM’
Journey for Development Programme, seeks to create a
platform to facilitate the urgently needed interaction
and dialogue between young people, general public and
policy makers in the MDG’s / GPRS II processes to
assess achievements made and the way forward.
Stimulate effective young people and youth
participation, engagement and long term ownership of
the MDGs processes.


It also seeks to localize the GPRS / MDGs processes
through interaction and showcasing of policy direction
and actions of key institutions in the processes in
Ghana.


The Foundation will also use the event to launch its
medium term programme dubbed ‘NKABOM’ Journey for
Development, and two (2) news papers to champion the
attainment of the MDGs; Youth Agenda and MDGs Watch.


We will welcome your patronage in the sale of the
first edition of the newspapers.
