	Hello all, Its been a while and Tanzania has been very quite...but lets hope the effort we have been nurturing will get us back in the race and have us part of this and many other discussion as much as possible. From the initial E-consultation to these follow-up discussion, I say bravo...you guys have managed to make the issue of "youth migration" debatable and have managed to get so many ideas out of us. From all of you who managed to get their thoughts in to those who were moderating the discussions...I say it has been a worthy cause. I managed to receive copies of this years "State of the World Population Report" and the "Youth Supliment." I concur that this is a problem we have yet to pay due attention to. Many of the friends I grew up with have gone to the US, UK and other countries seeking better education and financial status...they make a great living by our standards but they are yet to find ways to make a contribution to communities back here with thier achievements there. I welcome your efforts and the idea for a forum next year, it may be the opportunity we needed to leverage this issue for a more comprehensive debate and intervention. I will ask friends and collegues what they think of the issue and will compile their comments and ideas to share with you. Again, its a pleasure to be back on the table...
