	Hi evryone, It is a pleasure to forward here my submission on the question rised on week 2 which is the last week of this discussion. On question 1, Iam really of the view that individual countries shall be allowed and are in the best position to formulate their own respective policies of what ever kind ofcourse that of migration inclusive.This of course is in accordance with the teachings of public policy experts,thus for the policy to carry more weight and have easy access and farmiliarity by the host country to monitor and equally make appropriate evaluation, they have to formulate and design it by themselves. While on question 2, I dont see any relevance for the united nation to design a policy on migration to its member countries, why because they have varying norms,orientations norms and values.Also as sovereign nations they should be allowed a chance to decide on the fate of their citizens, because they knew best what is obtained in their respective domains more yhan any other. Thank you for the attention,though my contribution is only scanty occasioned by lack of time. kamal
