	My name's Diomandé Moussa.I'm 22 years old and i come from Côte d'Ivoire and live in Côte d'Ivoire. Concerning the policy formation for benefit of countries and migrants alike, I think that national governments are important in migration policy so that they can take the initiative.Because the national governments are directly concerned with migration. But to make it fair,UN can also harmonize the different policies of migration in the interest of national countries and migrants. To enhance the economic and social benefits of migration for national governments,the different embassies and ministries of foreign affairs can cooperate by registering all the migrants in order to take a little rate of interest on the migrants workers wages.The differents embassies and ministries of foreign affairs will invest this money taken in national governments for the countries benefits. The national governments have to know that migrants are very important for a country development.They have to promote equality by sensitizing people to fight against racism.Thus,they will safeguard everybody right without discrimination. In my community,many decisions are taken by authorities.I think that they have to involve young people in the decision making creating youth parliament or youth section in national institutions.It's the only way to well know the problems of young people.
