	A warm hello to everyone on this COLD day! For this month's meeting, we are asking for one volunteer to prepare a 5-10 minute "presentation" to our group on a project they're working on. It should be focused, short and include these things: -an overview of the project -what's exciting about it -its impact on the community -1-2 ways the program could be improved -challenges it's currently facing and may face in the future Then pose two questions to the group that you want to explore about your project Our group will then use a "Constructive Feedback Process" to give further ideas about the project and answer the questions the presenter has posed. I am asking for one volunteer... any takers?? email me and we can talk about it if you'd like. No need to be shy :) One more thing... I know I keep sounding like a broken record, BUT... Please extend an invitation to those youth leaders in your networks to attend our next circle's dialogue. These could be individuals who are interested in... - talking about their personal and professional experiences in their communities - learning strategic solutions to inspire, educate and uplift diverse communities - connecting with their peers - finding a mentor - looking to develop their professional skills in facilitation and leadership work ** Promotional/marketing materials for Youth Connect are in the works.
