	for those of you who are students at Cornell..... "Unique Leadership Development Workshop Opportunity for Organizations and Departments" Coming up on December 4th, AIESEC Cornell will be hosting the Momentum Project Leadership Development workshop for student organizations and university departments at Cornell. The Momentum Project is a positive psychology leadership development workshop focused on helping to identify and bring out top strengths in both leaders and those that they supervise. This workshop is designed by David Pollay who uses his unique approach to strength assessment based on the innovative field of applied positive psychology. Mr. Pollay is a graduate of Yale University, holds a Masters degree from the University of Pennsylvania in Applied Positive Psychology, and has also worked for Yahoo! and Mastercard in the college recruiting process.
