The guidebook for this self-discovery is YOUR INNER CEO: UNLEASH THE EXECUTIVE WITHIN. This is a book I’ve written that is based on the social psychology of the brilliant Vienna Psychiatrist, Alfred Adler. Adler, along with Freud and Jung, are the three pillars of modern psychology. This book is the starting point of our discussions and explorations, and our inquiries will no doubt take us in many stimulating directions concerning the life of our businesses (profit or non-profit) and the business of our lives.

Most TIG groups are not-for-profit organizations committed to a particular social cause and action. YOUR INNER CEO is committed to the leadership development of the people engaged in these causes.
