Greetings All,
Following on from the success of our VAEE Conference in 2007, we have
decided to proceed with our Annual Conference for 2008. At this point we
have re booked the Royal Botanical Gardens for 22 and 23 August and
established our Conference Theme as being `Riding the Sustainable Green
Wave. We are now seeking three things.
1] Bookings from Exhibitors - Last year the exhibition area was fully
booked our and we have arranged to have more space this year.
2] Expressions of interest from potential presenters. As you will see
from the flyer there will be less session this year, which should ensure
that all presenters will have a reasonable audience.
Please find attached flyers for both of these requests.
We also would like to hear from members who can assistby becoming
members of the Conference Committee, either to assist in the planning and
preparation or to help us over the Conference weekend in setting up or in
supporting on the days of the Conference. Please contact us if you would
like to assist.
