Dear Cameron Neil,
What are the important environmental issues, and what can we do about
them? Journalists, pressure groups and politicians are keen to tell
us what to worry about, but as usual, we want to know what you think
so we have posted a questionnaire about the environment on the "What
the people want" website.
If you know anyone else who could be interested in participating,
please forward this email on to them.
As usual, we will analyse the responses on the Morning Program on ABC
Radio, Brisbane tomorrow at around 10:00 a.m. If you want to be
included in that sample you will need to respond by 5:00 p.m. today.
We will keep taking responses after that which will form part of the
final report uploaded to the "What the people want" site, so if you
can=B4t find the time before 5:00 p.m. you can still register your
views..
We have also recently posted reports on two of our earlier
questionnaires. If you are interested in education, then you can
download that report by clicking here. If you=B4re from Queensland,
then you could also be interested in reading our report on the now
aborted merger between the coalition parties - click here.
We=B4ve also done a report on the Budget, as well as who you would
prefer to lead the Labor and Liberal parties. Julia Gillard and
Malcolm Turnbull do extremely well.
I=B4m currently working on the nuclear energy survey and plan to have
something available later this week. We will also be sending those
findings to the government=B4s inquiry.
