Please teake a look of the call for applications from the European Comission (attached). The deadline is very soon (Nov 17) but it may be worth it to develop something. Almost all the developing countries in the world are elegible, they can fund projects related to advocacy, young people, peer education and SRH in general. The criteria for organizations is quite 'flexible' and the amounts of money can be for up to 3 million euros.
