	Hi everyone, I am participating / facilitating a session during the World Urban Youth Forum on the theme " Information and Communication Technology: Young people as agents of change " at the beginning of November 2008 in Nanjing, China. I am looking for your input and/or description of your own projects if they fit with this theme. Also I would like to use this group, to survey what your needs are, and how your respective governments can help fulfill those needs with selected recommendations. This is crucial for me to have your input.
