	Hi all, On behalf of the ad-hoc committee wed like to give you an update on our work. Weve been meeting every week through skype to consult about the reflections you have been submitting. Thank you for all of your input. We have each read every suggestion that has been made to us & have now created a finalized structure. We will send out a document that summarizes the refined structure shortly. We had planned to complete our work by July 5th. However, if we are to do a solid job, finishing by July 5th will not be possible. To find regional coordinators from areas that have never been part of the CSD process till now, for example, is an important task that requires much time & effort. Below is a timeline of work we feel will be manageable and will ensure this process is completed properly: July 5th - Call for applications for the steering committee, regional coordinators & organizing partners.** July 11th Deadline for applications. After this point no more applications will be accepted. July 12th Voting begins. All members of the WSSD list-serve are welcomed to vote via the online voting mechanism at www.youen.org. Please note that we have made contacts with those who are not on the WSSD list-serve so that we can expand participation in our work. These new contacts have been invited to join the list-serve. July 18th Deadline for voting. After this date no more votes will be accepted. July 20th steering committee members, regional coordinators & organizing partners announced & ad-hoc committee dissolved. Please check your email as much as possible over the next two weeks.
