Reality of Weather Scarcity Creation Attacks from Western Countries

"Climate change...what your take on this?"
WIth the information on Weather Scarcity CREATION of the West & the 35+ years of Weather Control & Brainwashing to electronically create an Anit Competitive Western Only "Climate", there needs to be a Non Western perspective to get the Non Western Countries away from the Spraw model of building with Zero Emissions Architecture & Affordable Pro Recycling GREEN Economy.
WIth this Global "War" or Attack on Non Western Brains & Weather in mind, it is safe to say that Westerners are obviously not the authority on building what Non Western Communities need to produce Natural Earth BioSphere Climate.
Please review this information on Weather Scarcity Creation of the West. All Weather Control is an Attack in an Imaginary Global War (not global warming) from Anti Semtic Narcotics Networks.

An example of Narcotics Plans is seen in the naming of Western Products & Businesses. Tsunami & Tyfoon has been a plan of the West with any talk of "the Big One" failed & expected Earthquake of California,
Bali is chosen because of rehearsed plans to use Architecture to manipulate the Winds, Weather & create a Large Tsunami or Wave try to destroy Asian Islands & Threaten the existance of the Non Western Only Community not influenced by this Western "King" building.
You would have to be on Narcotics to conceptulize the shape of Buildings you see today in California linked to plans to use Wind power to direct the Weather.
Non Western Countries need a Non Western Perspective on Building Communities & less International beaureacracy in Price Fixing when building a Zero Emissions GREEN Economy.
