This is a great idea,

A Youth Council would create the appropriate perspecitve in the minds of the Governments & Government Employees & improve Public Relations if the focus is on solving problems & addressing issues of need.
Please advise people on how to participate in the UN Habitat Forum discussion.

Signing in to the website does not appear to be the cause of any website malfunction.
There appears to be a malfunction in the UN Habitat website Forum Discussion pages.

The proposal to create a Youth Advisory Council by the UN Habitat is a
great idea and i believe as youths we got great ideas on sustainable urban
development and our and expression of interest in having the council
created will be a step towards showing our initiative to participate in
decision making in the community. I welcome the idea and propose that we
all join in the discusiinos and see this proposal actually becoming a
reality.
