"Highway Africa 2004", as there has been some confusion when
people go to the website and see 2003 information. There is a "concept
paper" for 2004, and I imagine there will be an updated page posted
soon with information for this year's conference. The conference will be
held in the same location as last year, so perhaps last year's info on
