	Dear All, Please be informed that due to popular request the deadline for submission of the Essay has been extended to 8:00 GMT on Wednesday, 12th December 2007. It should include your full name, present or recent tertiary institution, postal address, contact numbers (preferably cellular), and date of birth. Please find attached an opportunity to be part of selected elite on the Continent by participating in the upcoming ITU Africa 2008 Youth Forum in Cairo, Egypt (May 2008). It is meant for young people between the ages 18 - 23, and presently or just graduated from a tertiary institution. It is been facilitated in Ghana by Ministry of Communications, with support from Prime Resources and African Youth ICT4D Network. The easy topic is "If you were Head of State for your country, what would you do to facilitate the uptake and use of ICTs by young people for socio-economic development? And how can ICTs contribute to peace and stability within the African continent?" . The easy should be in English and between 250 - 500 words. Please send your Essay to leopold (at) myprimeresources.org or armahleo (at) yahoo.co.uk by Monday, 10th December 2007. Only short listed would be contacted for interview.
