  Dear colleagues,

Please be careful when registering for conferences abroad. A group of
Nigerians known as GLOBAL RELIEF ORGANISATION claiming to be based in
the US have
been ripping off participants with registration fees and etc. For your
own
interest, should you receive such announcements, try to very the
authenticity of
such orgs. At least:

1. Check their credibility by demanding their organisation registration
numbers
2. Verify from the embassies in your various countries
3. Check up those affiliated with the organisation or any information
on
their websites (if any)

Dear Participants,

We are very sorry to postpone the date of the program due to some
countries
and organisations that their file arrived our office late hour for
visas
authorisation not with standing they have as well reached us with their
reservation confirmation with other document require for their visas.
To make sure
that all participants that have reached us with there required document
must
receive their visas. Following the information being forwarded to us
from the US
Bureau Of Immigrant Affairs /Foreign Affairs Department Washington D.C
the
authorisation of group visas of the conference participants to enable
every
other participants that are not yet through with their required
documents we
here by shifted the conference date to 2nd of March to 9th of March
2004.

Well the second program will take place on 10th March to 13th of March
2004=for those that have received their full document we once again
remind
them=that all files and processes remain the same, for more information
